Ideal spot near a port, which was exactly what I wanted. The service was on point, and I left feeling totally happy. 🌟

The setting was unbeatable, very close to the metro, El Cortes Ingles department store, and they open until 11:00PM. The staff was amazingly polite, provided good services, and helped with private parking.

There are many breakfast options available which are very good and sensational, the newly renovated twin room has comfortable beds, and the location is ideal as it is right on the metro line in a lovely area.

Comfortable triple room with everything you need - hair dryers, a walk-in shower, and big fluffy bath sheets 🚿. The location is pretty sweet too, making it easy to venture around and see what's what around here.

I like staying here in Vila Nova de Gaia. The hotel offers a great selection of immaculately clean rooms. The location is marvelous and easy, close to the famous bridge, Vila Nova de Gaia / Porto, and a fantastic supermarket. Galeria Vilanovence, a tourist spot, is just a short stroll away. The staff is efficient and excellent at keeping the place clean.

The service was excellent and there's a nice restaurant right here with free internet and parking close by, making for a very positive experience.

The place was clean. I booked the twin room with street views, everything was great.- The location was easy and handy, nearby an underground station.- Nearby Cafe Offline had some goodies and drinks.

The excellant service and the attention to detail! Thoroughly enjoyed our rooms with a mirror in the bedroom. The breakfast was very very good and excellent as expected with juices and portuguese pastries, as for instance. The atmosphere created was quiet.

Convenient location: The hotel was perfectly located near the metro station and a department store, making it easy for us to access different parts of the city.

Room security: We had a major security issue during our stay. When we returned from a day trip, we found our room door wide open.

The breakfast was very good with juices and coffee, and all the food was savoury! Twin room was silent, the beds were nice. Location: the hotel was just off the tram station. Moreover, it was 4 km from Soares dos Reis National Museum.
